We are a smoke-free community. Smoking within 25 feet of any buildings in prohibited.

A. Yes, we do require renter’s liability insurance. This is offered for $10.95 per month or you can enroll in your own provider. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

A. When you are ready to secure your spot at The Social Amherst, you may fill out one of our online applications on our website. After you submit your application, a team member will email you our online lease to electrically sign. Our spots are first come first serve, so we encourage you to start our online leasing process as soon as possible. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

A. Rent includes water, parking, trash, and access to all our community amenities. Power will be spilt amongst your roommates and set up through Eversource. The price for utilities will vary by the usage.

A. To submit a work order, please go to our website or download the app to login to your Resident Portal. You may also stop by the leasing office or reach out for assistance. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office at (833) 429- 2840 as soon as possible.

A. We do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer this program for free. On your application, you will fill out an in-depth questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate we can find.

A. Yes, furry friends are welcomed! They are roommates, too. Simply add your pet’s information on your application to register. There is a monthly pet rent for pet owners and breed restrictions. To learn more please visit our, pet screening service page.
