A. When you’re ready to secure your spot at The Social Amherst, simply fill out one of our online applications on our website. After you submit your application, a team member will email you our online lease for electronic signature. Our spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to start the online leasing process as soon as possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.

A. Your rent covers water, parking, trash disposal, and access to all our community amenities. Electricity will be shared among your roommates and arranged through Eversource. The cost for electricity will vary based on usage.

A. To submit a work order, please visit our website or download the app to log in to your Resident Portal. For maintenance emergencies, please call the office at (833) 429-2840 as soon as possible.

A. Yes, we do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer this program for free. On your application, you will fill out an in-depth questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate we can find.

A. Yes, furry friends are welcome! They are roommates, too. Simply add your pet’s information on your application to register. There is a monthly pet rent for pet owners and breed restrictions. To learn more, please visit our pet screening service page. 

A. Yes, we do require renter’s liability insurance. It is offered for $10.95 per month, or you can enroll with your own provider. Please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions.

We are a smoke-free community. Smoking within 25 feet of any building is prohibited.
